Refund Policy

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and you'll retain access for the remainder of the billing period you already paid for. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

If you were charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge and haven't made significant use of the Service in that period, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review your request at our discretion.

Lifetime purchase

The one-time Lifetime purchase is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied, provided the device limit hasn't been used to activate more than one device. After 14 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
