Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vamp macOS application and the accompanying website (together, the "Service"), operated by Vamp ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a software license for a media player application for macOS. The Service does not provide, host, distribute, or endorse any television channels, video streams, or other media content. To use the app, you must supply your own login credentials for a third-party IPTV provider that you have separately and lawfully obtained. We have no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for the content, legality, availability, or quality of any third-party IPTV service you connect to.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered under a Monthly plan, an Yearly plan (both auto-renewing subscriptions), or a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the prices displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings, which stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

4. Device limit

An account may be used to activate the app on up to 5 devices. You can view and remove devices from your account dashboard to free up a slot for a new device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including accessing content you are not authorized to access; (b) share your account credentials to circumvent the device limit at scale; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any third-party IPTV source you connect to it, will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including any third-party content accessed through it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
